Join Pastor Zac and others from 12:00noon-1:00pm in the Gathering Place. This Bible study on the coming weekend’s scripture texts is open to all; lessons are available at the Welcome Center. You are welcome to bring your lunch and a friend.
Pastor Zac leads “PZ’s Top 40” in the Gathering Place. In honor of Pastor Zac celebrating his 40th birthday (on September 3rd) we will look at his Top 40 favorite Bible stories/passages. There’s no homework, and no required level of Biblical literacy. Everyone is invited.
Atonement joins with Holy Cross Catholic Church for ecumenical worship services: Thursday, January 23rd, 7:00pm. To end the Octave, we join in a joint prayer service at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Pastor Zac will preach.

Our 5:00pm Saturday worship service includes Scripture lessons and sermon, Holy Communion, and accompaniment by organ/piano. Several times during the year, we also welcome some of Kansas City’s finest jazz musicians to lead our singing – watch here for dates!

Our Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, January 26th, at 12:00noon in the Sanctuary. Highlights for the meeting include approving the spending plans for 2020, and electing synod assembly delegates. A copy of our constitution, highlighting the proposed changes to be voted on, is available at the Welcome Center for you to view.

The famed Gustavus Adolphus Choir will be in concert at Atonement. The concert will feature music from both classic and contemporary composers, as well as a commissioned piece by Elaine Hagenberg. Admission is free; a free-will offering will be received during the performance.
