Music in worship gives everyone the opportunity to express their feelings, worship, praise, and prayer, often without the use of words. We are blessed at Atonement to have many gifted musicians who enthusiastically share those gifts within worship. Many opportunities are listed below; email the contact person noted for details. You may also check with Rick Deasley, Director of Worship/Music.
Adoration Handbell Choir. Atonement has a five-octave set of handbells; our handbell ringers play approximately one Sunday per month, and rehearse Tuesday nights from 6:30-8:00pm, September-May. Participants will find the ensemble the most rewarding if they are able to read music and have some experience playing an instrument. Learn more here.
Atonement Contemporary Ensemble (A.C.E.)
The Atonement Contemporary Ensemble (ACE) leads two Sunday worship services every month at 11:00am. Rehearsals are from 9:00-10:00am on Saturdays immediately preceding the first and third Sundays of the month. Participation in this group is by audition.
